Able to get an appointment when needed 90% of the time. Caring, genuine staff, especially Chris, Dr Peddy and Dr. Shree. Could ensure end of day call lists are all called.

The overriding impression I get of this surgery is that it is well organised and well run. I am able to contact the surgery quite easily by phone, no repeated engaged tones, and no long waits to get through. Experience with the different receptionists has always been excellent. They are helpful, polite and patient. Fortunately I don’t have to contact a doctor very often, but when I do, I have received a telephone triage promptly, and a subsequent appointment that day. I have been impressed by the doctor’s I have seen. They have been polite and considerate, and I have felt that I have been given time to explain myself and ask any questions necessary. In short I have been given respect and been confident in the diagnosis and explanations. The NHS gets an awful lot of criticism these days, some deserved and some not, but I really have nothing bad to say about my experiences with Mocketts, and cannot think of any way to improve the service I received. I think that the walk in clinics on a Monday and Friday are an excellent idea, something that didn’t operate at my previous surgery. I have used this service once before, and knowing that this service is available is a good choice to have if the need is unexpected or urgent. Well done to everyone at the surgery, and thank you

I have had great care

Very poor start. Admin and reception staff have made 3 mistakes in two weeks with regard to myself and my husband's attendances. After waiting an hour for a walk in appointment was told by GP unable to assist, albeit reception staff ask what the reason is for appointment. I was telephoned to ask to attend for a follow up from scan, already attended week previously. Asked for a further scan, was told I would need appointment to have referral, yet GP referred me at the earlier appointment. Staff refused to take urine sample as it was after 3.30pm, yet GP said drop it an any time for on site nurses to test.... yet to have a positive result with reception staff!
